    Default Arizona NFA regs

Considering a zip code change. I live in a restrictive state that does not allow NFA weapons.
What are the rules and regs for AZ?

    Thanks in advance

All goes. Check out packing.org for more info. But most area's around here are friendly.
    Ted Nugent on deer hunting.

He was being interviewed by a British journalist. The journalist asked,"What do you think the last thought is in the head of a deer before you shoot it? Is it, `Are you my friend? Or is it, Are you the one who killed my brother?'"

Nugent replied, "They aren't capable of that kind of thinking. All they care about is, 'What am I going to eat next, who am I going to screw next, and can I run fast enough to get away.' They are very much like the French in that way

Yep, unless there are local regs against them you can own silencers and/or MG's.

packing.org has been down for 6 months or so. But a lot of similar info is at usacarry.com.

Where are there local regs prohibiting firearms? I thought we had a state law which prevents such ordinances. I know some CLEOs won't sign for NFA transfers, but a simple trust gets you around that.

Pay for it and you can have it. It's that simple.
Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean part.

I didn't say I knew of any just that's how it works in states I have lived in.

As far as AZ have a law that precludes locals from passing more restrictive laws I have no clue. I'm sure the guys at http://www.azcdl.org/ would know.

I've never heard of any restriction in AZ other than those that are federal. If anyone lives in an area that has a restriction let me know.
I am curious about CLEO's not signing off on form 4's. I have had no problem, but isn't there a host of options to choose from? Sheriff of your county, Chief of Police of your city, and I think I remember reading that judges had that authority to sign.

I can't recall CLEO's by name that have refused to sign off but I have heard of instances here in AZ. I'm sure I read about it on the ArizonaShooting.com forums.
