I have had a few things done by Jeff- MP5, MP5, MP5SD, MP5K, MP5/40SD, GR53, 53, 33K, 21, 11... oh hey they are several more. They all look good and have flawless function. When they have been shipped, all have been well protected and arrived without any defects. I dont know about any one else, but if I had picked up a package that looked as if it had been crushed and contents of the package where sticking out the side of the box, I would probably ask the shipping company if they thought there was a problem and would turn it in for the shipping insurance. I would not go around and blame anyone else if I saw the damaged box and took it home anyway...I dont know, maybe it's just me.
