Looks like you're right. Some kind of Turkish delight; G36 mags, grenade launcher, burst trigger group, retractable stock.

    Image with gama turned up.

Here is a true American Hero that was posted on Crossfit's Main site. Looks like a well used 416.

U.S. Navy Special Warfare Operator Chief Petty Officer (SEAL) Brian R. Bill, 31, of Stamford, Connecticut, assigned to an East Coast-based Naval Special Warfare unit, died on August 6, 2011, of wounds suffered when his unit's helicopter crashed in Wardak province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his mother Patricia Parry and her husband Dr. Michael Parry, his father Scott, and siblings Christian, Amy, Andrea, Kerry, Tessa, and Morgan.

IIRC, the Turks built a version of the HK33 that takes G36 mags. Can't remember the name of the rifle.

I don't think they are G36 mags; but these:

    Yep, that's correct Sir.

Turkish MKEK built regular HK33Es under Heckler & Koch license. The UBGL is also the MKEK made, 40mm, T40.

They came up with that version of mag for the 33s, no doubts inspired in the G36 that took the idea from the Sig 550 series.

Nothing new, as FAMAE from Chile, also developed long time ago, a similar magazine for their 540 Series.

Even tough can be nice to see how much ammo you have left in the mag, I personally dislike them as they become very bulky to carry in the ammo pouches...and maybe... sometimes... you just don't want people to know how much ammo you have left... ;)
