Plus, it is expensive in California to have a class 3 as they require a bunch of State stuff as well as the federal license.

I thought I saw several CA bike coppers with MP-5's back on the HK in action section, wonder if this is the next step and some department's phase them out. Good pic.

Believe it or not they are usually pointing them at predatory felons who prey on the civilians they are protecting. Nice post.

There isn't any way a LEO could personally purchase one in the United States. A department could purchase the firearm with the officer(s) supplying the funding, but it would belong to the department.
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition! Names' Randy, but you can call me freakshow...

The MP7 slightly reminds me of an UZI. I'm sure they have nothing in common though.

It makes me sad that I will never be able to own the former, unless of course the GCA of 1968 and the 1986 Hughes Amendment are repealed.

Man! Sure would be nice if those of us in the unwashed masses were allowed to own these beautiful little PDWs.

Why does a traffic cop need a MP7?

It's a nearly perfect weapon for a motor unit. It's a lot easier carrying an MP7 or an MP5 in the limited space in the saddle bags than would be an AR15/M16.
    Sparkplugs are irrelevant.
    Plenty of HK's and clones.
