What parts to use from G36 Bolt Assembly????

I'm in the process of my G36 conversion. I've almost got all my parts. I looked at Chopstix Kid's instructions, but I'm unsure about a few things.

When I send in my SL8 to TB, I'm not sure if I need the G36 bolt carrier? I will be buying the HDPS Bolt head, but are all the other Bolt parts going to be reused from my SL8, or am I missing something else that I need to buy?!

Chamber fluting???

How important are the Chamber Flutes in the HK 91/G3 Chamber?
Do they need to be there on a Semi?
I can see their purpose on a select fire but to date I still have'nt comitted to getting a Class 2 FFL so select aint a option for me
I ask becasue I'm thinking about this because with barrels being as hard to come across at a reasonable price lately and new barrels not avalible to home builders Im getting frusterated!
SO..... I am seriously thinking of buying a barrel blank and profiling it myself
I really want a 1in10 ywist medium weight barrel anyway and no one seems to be getting them back in stock anymore.
Because of that I am considering the Barrel Blank instead
I might be able to figure a way to cut chamber flutes on my Mill or Lathe but not really sure about that,
Anyway any info regarding this would be appreciated as well as opinions on my other post about wheather that trunnion I just bought is safe to build with.
I finally got pictures added to that post tonight.
