It is super tight. Not usable. I need 2 hands to pull the gun from its holster, and holstering requires extreme force. This will also put a lot of marks on the gun.
Do I put the hair dryer to it? Oven? Boiling water? Anyone had this issue?

I've read about other people having trouble with this and figured I had just dodged the bullet on my clip, until last week when the clip broke at the bend as I removed the holster. I was disappointed, to say the least, because I do like this holster for IWB carry. I contacted Garrett and was told the clips are about $8 and there's about $5 worth of shipping involved. Started thinking about that and realized there are other alternatives for clips. I would hope at some point that Garrett would offer this as an option for their otherwise excellent product (hint, hint).

I'd made an IWB for my USPc45 and thought of the metal clip I had used. I went to Tandy yesterday and found a metal clip which was pretty close, but there was one small problem, the ridge at the bottom of the belt loop was too close to the second hole I would have to drill to make things work. Figured for $2.50 it was no big loss, so I went ahead and drilled it on the drill press to see how things looked. The hole center was OK, but the finish washer wasn't fitting properly. Used a pair of vise grips and ground down a bright-finished washer to work. The hole puts the screw-head on an incline, so a ground down finish washer solves the problem, but it's smooth enough that I don't have to worry about shredded pants now. I'm still looking for a better clip, but for now it's back to working and I'm pleased to be able to use the holster again. Take a look online and see what you can find if you have this problem with Kydex belt clips.

Would love to vie the actual product with the gun inside it and also would appreciate any comments on how comfrotable and practical this is. It's a HUGE gun to draw from the waist IMHO.
