Yep, we had a huge topic on it about 2 years ago, with lots of screencaps. I now have an IMFDB page for the movie showing off most of the guns, here:

I don't think so. I'm an American, and the only reason I've seen this show is because I lived in London for six months last year. I picked up the first three seasons as a bundle from a Virgin Megastore while I was over there. I don't believe there's any American chain that sells the DVDs, and they're Region 2, anyway.

    Exclamation

Ok. I'm goign to do this, but I need some help/feedback. I want to order the DVD's, but they're region 2 specific. I found a Phillips DVD player that is all region.

PHILIPS DVP3140 - ALL REGION CODEFREE MULTI SYSTEM DVD PLAYER WITH DivX. PLAYS PAL/NTSC DVDS FROM ANY COUNTRY ON NTSC TV. REMOTE INCLUDED. - Philips
    In Stock
    Shipped from: bigadealz

If I buy this then I should be able to buy the DVDs and watch them. I tried to buy them on Amazon and they wanted a UK credit card. Now I have to find a place in the U.S. that sells them. Man this better be a good series.

    Regards,

    R

If you want my opinion, the first season is fairly enjoyable (basically, the British equivalent to "The Unit"), the second season is watchable but not great, and the third season is atrocious. I haven't seen the fourth yet (it wasn't available on DVD at the time I was over there), but I've heard it's as bad as the third. There is lots of cool hardware including tons of H&Ks (as you can see by my IMFDB page), and some exciting gun fights (nice loud sound F/X, too), but I dunno if that justifies going to so much trouble to get them on DVD.

Also, I don't own a multi-region DVD player myself. I've only watched my "Ultimate Force" DVDs on my computer using VLC Media Player (which is also what I use to take the screenshots that appear on IMFDB). I'm pretty sure most computers' CD drives nowadays can play DVDs from any region, so you might wanna just see if yours can.

I'm into movies and the dvd player is only 60-70bucks! So what the hell. Maybe I can pick up some german schizza porn....ya?! ;0)

Just kidding. But there did seem to be some cool Brit and Aussie movies that I ran across searching.

Yeah, there are cool British movies on DVD that aren't sold in the States, as I discovered myself. Not sure I'd pay $60 for a new DVD player, though...especially when my computer can play them with no problem.

Yeah, like The Final Option (AKA Who Dares Wins)! It's only available as a Region 2 DVD (which sucks)!
