those things are fantastic looking and at a steller price. but im not going to purchase something with proprietary parts from a company that looks like their on the verge of not releasing a product. what they have left on their web site is aparently all they will ever have. according the them.
we'll see what happens if things turn around there will def. be one of these in my safe :)
to the OP, AWESOME pics and welcome to the board. let us know how she shoots!

What is the longevity of these uppers? Is there support with parts (i.e. bolts, operating rods, springs, gas blocks)? I mean it would be nice to buy one, but if the parts are scarce or non existent, you would be essentially buying a piston kit that is a throw away if some thing happened to it.

Take your wife or GF to the range more. If you want her to get the bug, you've got to expose her to the disease.
...so I just bought one of these uppers, what am I looking to as far as foreseen problems w/ functioning, parts, ect...
Please Advise!

Josh from Titan is a real pleasure to talk to. I'm informed there,s at least one gun range that has it running as a rental with over 100,000 through it. I asked about barrel replacement and although no assurances were guaranteed he told me they most likely should be able to make replacement parts. I asked about suppressed use he recommended a heavier aftermarket buffer for F/A and suppressor use. After trying to hunt down a hk416 for transfer to my LE agency I just got the same snobbish HK runaround and with talk of HK being less than happy about their product in civi hands I just assume not deal with HK when I dont have to. I just have a bad taste in my mouth after they held our mp5sd's that were being reconditioned for about a year or so. I'll post a range report and vids semi, F/A and suppressed non suppressed in the next month or so.
