Im all over the SD. That thing is sweet. Ive been looking forward to actually owning one since the American Rifleman article that compared 9 or 10 different dedicated .22 platforms. Love it!
UPDATE: I called Umarex on Wednesday, 15 June and they had some of the HK MP5 25-Rd Magazines: 2245311 FINNALY in stock. I ordered 3, plus the HK MP5 Fixed Stock: 2245332. They advised they would ship on the 16th and be here/TX by next week. Not sure how many more are in stock?Quote:

I just got off the phone with Anna as well. I ordered 3 25-round magazines and a fixed stock -- $175 (including shipping) in parts for a $450 rifle. LOL
Has anyone SBR'd one of these yet? I was holding out for a Umarex 9" barrel that I could swap out but seeing as they haven't announced a pistol version (unlike the GSG-5P) it seems unlikely that they'll sell a 9" barrel. I may have to get it cut and crowned by a 'smith.
Well they are out of stock according to Andrew. I asked for MP5-22 and he insisted I was talking about the Airsoft gun... Bummer, missed them by a few days. Andrew said the next stock would be in sometime in Mid to Late July! :0
My package arrived today from Umarex. Fixed stock (very nice), 3-25 round mags for the Umarex MP5, and 3-20 round mags for the Umarex 416D.
Attachment 5644 That fixed stock is very solid on the gun; no wobble or flimsy construction like my GSG-5. No trimming or filing required to install it; just the standard HK pushpin. I have yet to shoot the 416D...

I found a gunbroker listing for a shop in MO that had 22 in stock. I bought 3 and a fixed stock for $149 shipped! All should ship today!
