Default Bolt not going to full battery

This is my C93. I've put about 5K rounds through it and it has been performing flawlessly until a few days ago. When I slap the the cocking lever this happens:

Here is a view through the magazine well:

When I slide the bolt home gently by hand it seems to go to full battery just fine.

ghillibear was kind enough to spend a few minutes with me on the phone isolating this problem and I can't thank him enough. He talked me through a few steps over the phone and isolated the problem as related to the cocking lever, it's spring, and/or the cocking lever support tube.

After pulling it apart, I can see that the cocking lever's pivot hole is elongated and the spring may also be weak.

It appears that what is happening is that the cocking lever has not returned to it's 'flat' position by the time it completes its forward travel, causing things to hang up.

I'll order a few parts this week and we'll see what happens.

    Jeff, once again: Thank You.

    Jeff

Hate to thinking how much time you spend on the phone helping everyone work through issues with clones that the various other mass builders put together. In the last few years has become almost a standard reply "call Ghilliebear", assuming you have not already posted your phone number and telling whom ever to give you a call.

Nicely done and the after action reports by the person with the issue helps everyone else learn and trouble shoot their own issues. Only thing that would help more is a tutorial, and you already do that with your videos.

    THANKS!
    Regards
    John

Don't forget to write your representatives soon and often to insist they not support any future assault weapon ban or any other firearm restrictive legislation, and help your friends and associates do similar. http://whoismyrepresentative.com/

+1 for Jeff. He has repaired my clones that were shipped to him & other times on the phone. Now that I've moved to Texas I hope I have the opportunity o thank GB personally.

Exactly what I was going to post. I hate when people call Jeff and that is /thread. Nice to know "Hey this is what we found the problem to be" that way we can all learn a little more.

Agree, however, there are times when the issue gets a little deeper and/or involves others and Jeff is really cool about keeping everyone's information in the correct box, shall we say.
