I'm converting the G3 trigger pack to semi-auto. I have already installed the "shelf" at .400" and the trigger stop pin in the proper places. What I'm not sure of is the "new" hole for the sear AR-15 spring and pin. I have the drawing I found on the Web, but the dimensions are a little vague. Can you tell me/ photos / dimensions as to where the new hole needs to be to support the sear spring. Also, is there a good, clear, drawing or series of photo's that show all of the trigger group semi-auto parts going in place or and exploded view diagram of these parts. Thanks guys for your help.
Thank you AKATTACK that is just what I was looking for!
Wish I had known about that site this last weekend. The trigger spring came off the little shelf and I had a devil of a time figuring out the disassembly and reassembly of that mechanism.

I printed it to keep in a binder with all the HK maintanance/troubleshooting info I run across.
I use a #10 jobbers drill bit for the sear spring hole.

Thanks for all of the answers. I still don't know just where to drill the new sear/spring pivot hole.
