very hard to explain in writing. did you take it apart? its one of those things that you almost have to see to do. if you take your time and look at it it will probably come to you. if not take it to a smith who knows.

I need parts drawing or picture how to put the bolt hold open/release

Mrhustler ,
Thanks for answering me . No I didn't take it apart It is a part kit.
I just never see this BHO before. I think I figured it out though .The little screw is to screwed in to the rod and it's for the magazine tap to hit when it's empty but I still trying to see how the BHO tap suppose to go in.
Do you have a MP5/40? Can I see the close up pictures?
Thanks again

its pretty straight forward, there are two little tubes on the side of the receiver, the little rod go's through these, the end with the threaded hole go's into the magwell part.
the tricky thing is the little spring, it has to tension in a way to keep the BHO lever against the receiver when there is no mag interfering with it. the hardest part about doing this is its gotta be held like that in the receiver while you push the little rod through. once its all the way through you have to punch the roll pin in to keep it all togeather.
like mr hustler said, its really hard to describe but if you play with it im sure you'll figure it out. it took me about 10 min to figure out how that damn spring went in
"Who Dares Wins"
no i dont have one. i used to build them for vector.
Thanks Paul , Mrhustler and Dave that help a lot.
I just found out the spring is missing.
Sure, you could make one, but you're going to run into two snags, one small and easy to fix, one, not so much.
The first is that since the G3 carrier and bolt head takes a lot more speed for it to chamber a round and fully lock up. Because of this, the catch that traps the carrier will have to be much further back. You will also have to weld an extra little tab onto the carrier so it can be caught by the catch. Neither of these are big issues, you could probably just add an extra tube guide for the rod and use a longer rod.
But the other snag will be harder to solve. On the MP5/40, the mag follower has a pad on it, and the magazine has a hole in it that a pin on the BHO sticks into. After the last shot is fired, the follower pushes up on the pin, which rotates the carrier catch into position to stop the carrier.
G3 followers and magazines aren't made this way. So while creating the parts for the receiver won't be a big deal, you'll have to make a set of custom magazines and followers.
