Display Bolt Cut-Away
HK had about 10 of these display bolt group cut-aways for sale in the $600+ range. It was advertised by HK on their own boards a few years ago, with part #. Any still available? Got one for me to buy?

Do you have any pics of what you're looking for? Is it just a bolt or a barrel/trunnion stub also?
it looks like this, i kick myself everytime i think about it. i had the money at the time, but decided against it.

Well hell, that's easy enuogh to make. I get back from Iraq for good in Sept and maybe I'll make a run if people are interested. What would be better MP5 or G3?

None taken. I want one for myself anyway and if I can make it for the cost of some old parts rather than pay $600 I'm happy. I completely understand wanting an original though.
I special ordered these from HK GmbH in the early 1990's - both MP5 and G3 versions - for student purchase, and to get a set for the HK Inc. Gray Room (had to order a minimum qty!). They are made, like the cut-away weapons, by machiniest apprentices at HK GmbH and must be made from "raw" or unhardened parts so they take both time and special effort.
