What USP date codes are the ones that are able to convert to different variants and LEM?

Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but I believe 1995 (KF) is when HK changed the 1-piece catch to 2-piece catch. You'll need the 2-piece catch to convert to LEM.

I hope HK CS chimes in quick because there is a USPc 9mm that just went up on the board, AG date code, and I want it bad but I want to switch it to LEM.

All USP pistols can be converted; however, older than 1995 needs many upgrades from trigger to hammer strut and slight modification of the frame (mods recommended to be done by HK only). 1995(KF) to 2005(AF) LEM can drop in with addition of longer catch (#219442). Models 2005 to current have newer long catch already installed from factory.
