    Default Looking for a P2000

    LEM V1 with the 5lb trigger, .40

I've asked 2 local dealers, looked online where I know to look,
    I can't find one.

Is this something I have to get directly from H&K.
Will they even sell it to me and/or ship it to my dealer of choice?

    Thanks for your time. mp

    1. You can order a V1 from a "Authorized" dealer but it will take awhile to get.
    2. Or you could buy a V2 and swap out 2 springs to get the light LEM(V1).

That's the ONLY way to get it like that.

Glocks are like small block chevy's... Over abundant, and rarely impressive.

Good luck with that one. EVERY HK dealer I've been to, has NO idea what LEM even is??

2 of my 3 LEM's are 'conversions' done by myself. The 3rd was purchased as a real LEM, and springs ordered from HK to convert to light LEM.

I've already tried the LEM conversion in my USPC .40.
Didn't do anything for me. It was converted back.

    I'm looking for the P2000, LEM V1, .40.

    Who is an "Authorized" dealer?

You will only find the V2, you will never find a V1.

The dealer I purchased my USPC 9mm from said he could order a V1 P2K for me if I was willing to wait. It's much easier to find a V2 and convert it though.

I have a p2000 V2 that has had the spring swap to a V1. Its a 40 S&W with about 300 RDs through, I have pics I can email if you interested. I would say its near new condition.

I could not change the springs myself. Save the "it is easy" comments because it took a while for me to be able to reasemble my 1911.

I took it to the local gunsmith who said he did not want to mess with it.
