Default Need Advice for a HK P7 PSP Holster

I am new to concealed carry, and I don't know anything about holsters. I have decided I want to carry my P7 PSP and I need a concealed carry holster. Comfort is very important to me. I am guessing that the outside waistband type holsters are much more comfortable than the inside waist band type holsters. Is this true?

What holsters can you guys recommend that I should consider?

Try and find an Alessi CQC/S....great OWB holster.....easy on/off and holds the gun in real tight....

I have carried my P7 for more than a year in this: http://www.kirkpatrickleather.com/product/h_2145.htm

I love it and the price is excellent compared to many other makers. The quality is outstanding and with the body shield, I have no problems with rubbing.

I got this one from TTGunleather.com after reading Nyeti's (the HKpro P7 resident expert) recomendation in the article he wrote for "Guns & Ammo: Combat Tactics." I just wish I had picked a different color. I have another one on order from RGrizzleleather.com, which is my favorite custom holster maker, bar none. I'll post pics whenever I get it.

+1 for the Del Fatti. Tough to find, not cheap, but worth every dime.

I've been very pleased with my K&D Thunderbird Defender. I've been wearing it for about a year now. This holster gives you IWB and OWB options in one package. For IWB, it's tuckable and you can adjust how it rides. Price and wait time are reasonable, too.

There's a million options out there. Best thing to do is go through the holster maker list in the Saddlery forum and see what's available.

I ordered a Safariland from Optics Planet yesterday and got word it shipped today. Once it gets here and I look it over I'll post again about my opinion on it. I agree the holsters already posted here look great and are great makers work.

I bought a DeSantis Black - Mini Slide 086BAK9Z0 OTB holster from OpticPlanet.com for about $50.00 including shipping. It was recommended by another HKPRO.com member.
It is a good holster for the price IMO.

Has anyone carried their P7 in a Milt Sparks Summer Special? I've owned VM-2's for a couple of 1911's and they're great, but the Summer Specials are less expensive and more readily available. I just don't know how well that design would work with the unique weight distribution of the P7.

I checked into a Del Fatti ISP-4 but it's going to cost about $280 from the only place I can find it.
