For the peace of mind, you should check to see if you have the old firing pin block/firing pin and replace them. I don't have any experience with older USPs, but since it's your EDC, better be safe than sorry (gun not fired when you need it).
Ok I bought an hk usp compact 45 with the lem trigger. The thing i'm worried about is the fact its an AE date code. I remember reading something about the firing pin break on these date code? This is going to be new edc. I bought it used. I paid 650.00 for the gun and 4 mags. The person i got it from said he shot about 1200 rounds. I pick it up friday
