HK45c Lem

Hello I am looking to purchase a HK45c lem. I have been looking around for one with the light lem but have not been able to find one with any of my local gun dealers. So i was wondering if you guys could tell me what parts i would need to buy to make a hk45c lem into a light lem. also if it is difficult to install those parts. Thankyou for the help.

Try Mike at Cross Creek Guns, he goes by lahilljack on the boards, I bought a new us made LEM from him late last year and was very happy with the transaction.

If you check HKparts.net I believe they have the lem kit for sale, there is info in the HKPRO reference section on how to do the swap, it's not hard, but it depends on your comfort level.

If you can't find a HK45C Light LEM, buy the Heavy (standard) LEM and get these 2 springs: Light TRS and Light FPBS. Those springs will convert the standard LEM to Light LEM.

Follow this tutorial to convert your LEM.

No offense but have you looked in HK pistol for sale section? HK45c's are going like hotcakes. I have seen several HK45c LEM's on the forum in the past two weeks.

Yup. I just bought one! Arrives today. Could only find two HK45c locally, out of six local shops, neither were LEM. Decided to go used from this board.

Close but no cigar. You need the mainspring (hammer spring) from the standard HK45C (234479) for Light LEM. The firing pin block spring may already be correct, it's the same as in the standard HK45C. (I gotta get a macro for this!)
