I think you are looking at a "low cap." magazine floor plates. Low cap floor plates have 2 tall prongs to attach to the magazine body, high caps do not.

A thread on makeing them but that's where I'm stumped my mags have prongs so are

The floorplates with the "prongs" are exclusive to restricted capacity 10 round magazines. All normal capacity magazines have a standard locking plate and baseplate which slides off for removal.

Yup, you have the floor plate for a 10 round magazine.
There are extended/finger rest plates as well.
ok i didnt kno 12 rounds was standard i was think 10 was max! i see on hk parts what ya mean now thx guys
