Talking Only bring want your willing to shoot. P30

I stopped at the range yesterday intending to shoot just 50 rounds. All I wanted to do was to work on my draw and DA.
Needless to say I brought 300 rounds and shot every last one of them. I love my P30s! Wish I had the cash to shoot that much every week.

On a different subject I have a chance to buy a USPc 357 only 20 rounds shot. What would be a fair price for this?

I went the other night to get comfortable with my P30. Took about 500 rounds and several guns. Brought plenty extra in case someone else that was in our party wanted to try one of mine. My wife ended up shooting 200 rounds between everything including my HK. I ended up shooting 300 in just my HK.

I must say I will not make that mistake again though. The last box or two was a waste. My hands were getting tired from gripping and I think I was going cross-eyed. After the first magazine my groups tightened up nicely. The last box was way worse than when I started.

We all try to get together atleast once a month and shoot. But like you said, I will not bring "extra" anymore.

Also I sold a USPc .357 with a .40 barrel also for $650 about 6 months ago. We were both happy with the exchange. Not sure what it was actually worth. But like has been said before, anything is worth what someone else is willing to pay for it.

My P30S & HK45 have a habit of doing the exact same thing.......

I bought a USP-C in .357sig a few months ago for around $700 if I remember correctly,. It's got a AE date code and was practically brand new... I added match trigger and Trijicon's so it's the perfect little carry gun for me now.

Buy the .357sig and enjoy it,. Great little gun and a amazing round.

Yep. Was checking this morning on startup costs. Wasn't as bad when I was just supplying my habit. Now that I'm paying for my wife's also, it's getting a little expensive.

For range practice, I only load eight or ten rounds in the mag when shooting 9mm. And I don't load more that two mags at a time. This gives me a little break and gets my focus back. But it is mainly due to the high cost of ammo.
