Yes, two of all serious use guns, 2 HK45c's, here. Will probably be moving to another, here shortly.

While your gun may be built to out last you, crazy stuff still happens, so if you can afford it, it's nice to have a backup of your primary goto weapon.
TooSixy you are just too logical and expensive...:)..
gt, your serious use is in a league few are in. Three i would think a bare mininum for you.
Competeing as you i would hate for one to go down and no back-up. I would think that would be a expensive lesson.
2 Corinthians 12:9
King James Version (KJV)
9And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Sure do and highly recommend it.

Though someday, yeah, I'd like to have a spare P2000SK.

Minimum 2x of anything that serious use...which sucks if you love HK's
Hell yes! Two is ONE and one is NONE.
Get clean shots, watch your background.
^This.
I have two USP45s one is my carry and has proven herself and never failed the other is my range and practice gun which had some feed issues but they were magazine related.
I've put about 900rounds through my practice USP45 in the last 6 weeks and my accuracy has improved greatly. My confidence with my weapon has only gotten better.
My draws, target acquisition, shots, and reloads are faster and smoother.
I'm more likely to take a fellow gun owner more seriously if he shows me a gun that looks like its been fired and used rather than one who bought it, fired 100 rounds through it and then locked it away...
Beware the man with One gun (or multiples of one). He probably knows how to use it...
