    Default P7 price..

Hey all, recently spotted a nice used PW Arms H&K P7 at my local shop. Gun is being held with my name on it for 72 hours as I wanted to do some research on them first.

    Comes with:

Gun and two mags. Appears fired very little rifling in the barrel looks new.. Thinking its a LE trade gun. Action is perfect, and would come with a 5 year warranty. He graded it at 90% -

I have a few friends with P7M8s, and a couple of M13s and they LOVE them and are constantly harping on me to get one.

I know values on guns are nuts right now, but am wondering if you think a LE traded PW Arms P7 with two mags is a decent deal.

I'm between that and a 98% blued Browning Hi power..lol

Just the gun and 2 mags...no tools or box?

Hard to tell if its a decent deal with such little information. Along with ^Rockets^ inquiry, what is the asking price on it? Is it a P7M8, P7M10, P7M13? Can you give her guts a thorough examination? If I were you and didnt know much about them but already have it in your name, and have friends familiar with them, id bring my friends with me to give it a look over.

    ^^^^

Yep, I agree, bring your friends in who are more familiar with these and they can give you an honest evaluation. That being said, and based on your description, I wouldn't pay more than $725 for an NDS P7 with no accessories.

    A year ago...no more than $650

It sounds like a BMI or similar German police trade in P7. I agree with the others if no box, papers, tools, etc. If it is in good shape $700 would be a decent deal.

It's not an m8 or m13, just a p7. Are the tools a must for these? Being a gas system I'd think it would complicate things a bit...

    It's at $650

If it's truly a 90% P7, and you can verify the low round count, the price depends on you, and how much you really want it.

The tools, can be purchased seperately, so focus on the pistol, and it's overall condition.

Also, you want to verify that all parts are original.

Without closeup pics, it's hard to give an accurate price.

That price seems a bit low, for the somewhat hard to find P7.

Is it a PSP then? Does it have mag release at the heel of the grip or along the trigger guard?

$650 is a decent price for a P7 in the shape you indicated. You can pick up a combo scraper/brush tool on e-bay for about $20 and those are a must. The box is a big thing to collectors but if your getting it for a shooter it's no biggie. I say go for it as you'll never loose money on one.
