Get a Uplula mag loader. Its the best $25 you will spend and works great with the P7M8 mags.

Another recommendation for the Uplula. I tried mine for the first time today and it is the easiest and fastest loader I have ever used...and I've tried quite a few.
    I purchased mine at Midwayusa.

One caveat: You need to load the last round of a magazine by hand. The design of the unit does not allow enough clearance for that last, tight round.

    Cheers

Well I guess if you have to load only 1 in 8 (for the M8), and you have a half a dozen mags, you're only loading 6 rounds by hand as opposed to 48.

You are thinking about this one:

I got one with a pouch, they work great. Other stores resell them for $25, you can get them straight from the mfg for $15.

+1 for Uplula. I can even load the last round in my P2000 9mm mags with it, but they are only 10-rounders.
