Default HK P7 PSP U.S. Markings HELP

I found a P7 at a local FFL today selling for $600. He says it's Grade A - Made in the 80's and has U.S. markings on the right side of the slide - "HK Arlington VA" and whatnot. This couldn't be a police reissue if it has US markings right? And therefore how would he know what "grade" it is. At $600 it's a great price either way - but is it more, or less valuable than a European model? Thanks.

How many mags? For that price, if it's in very good to excellent condition, I would buy it in a heart beat. Who care about US or European model. My recommendation is to buy it before it's gone.

With the Arlington markings it is not a Euro Police Trade-In. It was a US import P7.

IMO, it would be more valuable than the police trade-ins.

Before the recent influx, a non-refurbed P7 would fetch about $1,000 - $1,100 depending on condition. I don't have a feel for what the recent influx has done to pricing of a non-refurb, but I have to believe it has some additional value.

Even if it was a refurb, $600 is a great price.
Common sense isn't so common anymore...

    Buy it.

Mine was $800 with 1 mag, a box, and nothing else.

Thanks guys - but alas... I was too late. Somebody bought it this morning - dammit!!! I knew I should have grabbed it - but I didn't have a purchase permit with me (I'm from NJ) and I would have had to go home and get one... big pain in the ass. Anyway, we learn for next time.
