    Default HK 91 Prices

Went to gun show in Louisville KY yesterday. Had cash in hand looking for HK91. Found 2 there for sale. Both were over $3500.00. I can't bring myself to spend that. To me this would be closer to the cost of a HK93 or 94. Are these really bringing that much? Can you still find these for $2000.00?

It depends on what the condition of these rifles were in and what might have come with them. It seems that for a NIB-99.99% condition rifle are now in this range. Of the three 90 series Hk rifles though, the Hk91 is the most abundant of the rifles as they had the most brought in the country at the time. If the 91's you saw were in the NIB-99.99% condition and you put your money on them, you would not be loosing money. They only increase in value as time goes along. I'd bet in 10 years it won't be unseen to see these go for $5k (at the NIB-99.99%). If you have the money to spare, I'd go get one of them if they are in that condition.

I personally like the 93's. At the time, I paid way too much for mine, but now I'm glad I did. They have gone up significantly in value since I "paid too much".

If you are patient you can find one for $2000ish depending on the accessories.

If you do a search on Gunbroker for the selling prices for 91s since last November the numbers might surprise you. You will see that high $2k is the lowside now. Maybe the prices
will settle back down, maybe not.

You cant really determine prices by looking back to last Nov. Prices have come down on everything since then, especially since last month. A quick search fromt the last two weeks show 2 91's sold for $2100, another for $2325 with some accessories, ....and so on. Prices are already settling down...... for now.

I picked up a loaded 91 with psg1 grip, psg1 stock, light bipod, full auto carrier, custom case, etc. for $2200.00 in Feb. off one of the boards.....

I agree with repins. Been following GB the last few months when they were going for $2500 base, now see them going for $2000-2300. Or you can buy Bo's pimped out 91 for $5k and be done with it

Talked to a guy the other day about some 94's he had posted. He talked about his collection and how he had 49 sears, dozens of 94's, dozens of 93's, dozens of MP5's, dozens of accessories etc. all brand new in box. I think he said he had 3 dozen brand new 91's in box. I asked him if he would sell me one, and all he said was "Nope!" Wanted to sell me a 94 for $4500, and the only reason he was selling these were because they were used.

    Hi all out there,

For years it has been the opposit, G3 (full auto or semi) enfields NIB (enfield production HK parts)selling here in europe for 750,00 euro (950 $). We'll be paying 1800 euro for an AR15 sold in the states for 750 $.
It's live and it sucks !!

I read this thread earlier today and it made me want to look closer at my 91. I bought it last year with claw mount scope and sling for 1900.00. It is a IB date code and the only marks on it are around the ejecction port. Otherwise not a mark on it. I am glad I grabbed it when I did, and wish there was two in my safe instead of one. I am going to have to pick up a PTR for shooting as soon as I pay off my SAM 7 I just purchased. cool thread glad to know I bought right for a change.

It does seem like everything cost more at gun shows. I watch the board here and a couple of others. Kind of wanted to find one and do a face to face. I don't mind $2500 but 3500 is just to much for one of these guns.
