SL-8 scope mount question

This is going to be the first time I'm mounting a scope up so high (on the SL-8 rail- am I going to have problems sighting in) I had to pick up a laser because I would not be able to use my collimator. I just don't want to start chasing my tail before I find out I need something fancy to get her to zero @ 200 meters.

Any heads up before I start would be appreciated.... using badger 30mm med rings on a sn-3 USO 1.8x10. (I have bore sighted and zeroed many optics before and I am familiar with the erek- just concerned with such hight)

Thanks-
John
