    Default barrel markings...german? British?

I am looking at a G3 barrel and on the end it is marked 7.62 m/m 2.01" 19 tons It sounds almost British but other markings seem to be German. Any idea who made it?

EDIT>>it came out of a FMP kit. FMP rifle that was proofed by a British proof house?
