USC-FBI Lower step-by-step instructions?

Has anyone done a good step-by-step treatise on converting USC lower parts to an FBI lower, like BigBore's infamous LEM conversion instructions? I looked at the USC lower, and it looks "a little busy" in there....

Best bet is to suck it up an buy the armorers manual...I'm not the most mechanically inclined and it got me through easy :-)
