To disassemble the AK bolt versus just removing it, you need to punch out 2 pins that are in it and in a specific sequence. Not a routine procedure and the AK countries, reserved for the armorer only. AK bolt makes HK or AR a breeze. Now if you really hate yourself, try M1 carbine bolt. You need 3 hands to do it.
Great references videos.

The pins in my AK bolts in there very loosely. They don't fall out in operation because the bolt carrier keeps them in place at all times. I can push out the pins easily with the leg of the hammer spring. Likewise, I can punch out the axel pins holding the FCG in place with the safety once it is removed.
My understanding is that not all AK bolts are that loose, but mine are. Makes for 100% toolless (dis)assembly, right down to a bare receiver.
I got a buddy that still can,t do it properly with out pushing on the table or somethin. I think its simple, pull it out as you turn it.Its one motion.
No one needs books when you have YouTube! lol
I can show you 4-5 minutes. Ususally I stare at it for a while and try to remember the quick way I figured out once LOL. With the vid I have no excuses now.
