HK MR556 What type of metal treatment?

HI, Does anyone know what type of metal treament is HK useing on there MR 556 is it melonite, nickel boron,ion bonded??

Usually HK uses a nitro-carburizing type deal, similar (or identical) to what SIG uses on their steel components.
