So if the legs lock in place then it should shoot fine?

Wow a HK bipod for $50 shipped? I am sure good deals happen now and then but I have trouble finding HK bipods as it is, much less finding one from someone who doesn't know what they have.

I've got two and am happy with them. They do lock but have a bit of wiggle to them when locked. I have no doubt that the HK ones are nicer - I haven't seen them - but I'm happy for the $50 I spent on them

I had this same issue. A little filing work and some stronger springs can fix it.

No, Ive never seen the POF or Pro Mag for $50.00 shipped. Ive seen them both around $100.00, I paid $89.00 for my HK bipod basically new. The deals are out there.

Paid $80 for my used HK light bipod with metal feet about three months ago.

It's a crap shoot. With mine the legs will fold back if I'm not careful and they don't tend to stay up against the wide forearm either.

I've moved onto using a Versapod bipod with an adapter for the 91 series wide forearm.

It looks like the same bipod that was on my 93 and 91.

    Oh well.

To bad Americans stuff can't be made quality. It's sad 20-30yrs ago if it was American made then you know it was going to made well. Now it's almost like you would rather have something made in Mexico before you bought American made.

    Regards,

Grafs has them but it comes to $54 shipped. I would gladly pay $89 for a HK one, guess I should look a little harder.

Thats right, VersaPod does make an HK adapter now. I forgot about that. Isnt it bulky thought? I had a locking VersaPod on my Remmy 700 and it was great but very bulky, not nearly as neat and tight as an HK bi pod/ wide handguard. Might not be an issue but I keep my bi pod on basically all the time...

Look on gunbroker, guns america and e-bay every moring and night, several times a day if you can. Do many searches all the time. You will find one. I took me three weeks (with a lot of luck!) to get a good deal (and passed a few up too). Sorry HKPRO guys, if they are for sale here, they sell in a matter of minutes, you guys all know what they are worth and they go for top dollar. It was worth the wait...
