Sounds like an extractor spring needs to be replaced.
Took the MP540-SD out for a spin yesterday. First mag worked perfect. Second mag started jamming during 2-3 round bursts. Possible fail to extract issue. Really mashed up the shell casing of the spent round and compressed the bullet of the new round about halfway into the casing. Odd failure. Any ideas? Hope to strip it down later today.

Keep us up to date on what caused the failure. (Bad spring, bad ammo etc.)

I'm getting subtle clues that this may be more than an ejector spring problem.
Definitely a matter integration/disintegration/reintegration issue.
