I have a P7M13 in Nickel, KC date code, Serial # 17-890xx, Sterling, VA. Near Mint and one of my favorite HK's. Now I'm looking for an HK P7K3. Good Luck, right?

    Default P7M8 16-13493X AH

    Greetings All -

This is my first post and I want to start by thanking HKPro for being such a fantastic source on all things HK over the years. It is probably your fault I own 3 HKs: a lovely "A" P7, a wonderfully utilitarian USP45C and the Trussville P7M8 whose serial number and date code I have (mostly) provided above. That serial number is 380+ of the overly optimistic "last of 500" (16-134550 vs 16-13493X). I realize that HK made "part guns" after completing the last 500 - teutonic efficiency would allow no less - and this is clearly one of those. I have read (probably here) of about 300 of these guns being released in the wild - perhaps the number was 400 and I missed it? But this still begs the question: What is the REAL last serial number of the P7M8 line?

    Thanks for all your help

    Joe

I'm not sure if ViperJody is still maintaining this list, but here's my contribution.

He hasn't been around since being called out on his blatant plagiarism back on page 8.

Silly really, as these types of lists can be an excellent resource.

I don't know abt ViperJody, but I've been working on "the" list for some time w/info from a number of sources- noted when necessary- and will post findings/list a little farther down the road. Keep the info coming; SN, markings, date code, importer, finish; Blue , HC or after-market, grade if PD gun or condition est in any case, also if has orig box/paperwk/tools. I haven't plagiarized anything, everything posted on the net is free to use, when info was taken from a book it's noted and credited. If concerned about your SN (there really is no reason to be but I know some of you are!) just block out the last 1 or 2 digits. The more accurate the info is the more useful it will be. If you'd like to be credited for your contribution just say so and supply a name/screen name. I'm particularly short on K3 and M10 info, that said, the P7's are the most interesting- does ANYBODY out there own a `79 (HK) coded P7?
    Thanks Much,
    Josh

It's in 9mmx19 caliber and has all the right markings (N underneat the bird and "ID" date code with the ULM). Any idea of which HKP7 this is and what it might be worth?
