Well, after reading all 43 pages I think I'm ready to give this a shot. My springs came today. I ordered the roll pin punches from Brownells yesterday. I also bought a new pair of needle nose pliers. I don't have a vise to put the gun it. I may just have my wife hold it. I will probably give this a go when the punches come. Heck, I may even try to find them locally. I want to try it now!
Well, it took me a while but I finally got it done. I tried it once and could not get the trigger spring in. I had no problem with the other one. I took a couple days off and came back to it. It was still a pain but I finally got it and it's worth it. Thanks for the tutorial.
Got the FPBS in 1 minute. TRS is a b$&@! I can remove and install the stock TRS spring but can't put the new one in. Seems to be a lot smaller than the stock.... Any tips? I have small skinny needle nose pliers

Thank you Big Bore. Just did the Light Lem conversion on my P2000SK. Easy job with the help of my Wife. I held the gun in my left hand with the mag well pressed down against kitchen island. Left index finger pushing forward on the rear of the trigger to hold it forward in place. Right hand, New spring in needle nose pliers making sure the legs of the spring were aligned with their notch. Gentle downward pressure with pliers. Wife slid in the punch to hold everything in place. Push trigger axle through making sure to capture spring. 20 minutes for the whole job. I can notice the difference with trigger pull. Thanks Big Bore and others.
Still wish I saw more guys swapping their v3 for light lem. Since its not HK approved im hesitant. Wish I could find one just to see what it feels like but it looks like its v3 or nothing in California
That sounds awesome! I love the sa pull on my HK. Way better then a glock trigger. But the da is just so heavy that it feels like you reach multiple walls as it gets heaviet and heavier with such a long pull. As a home defense and range gun Ive always taught my wife to keep it decocked should she ever need it so theres less chance of an itchy trigger finger on a light trigger...
Just with constantly hearing how great the light lem is, it makes me wonder.
