Hullo all .... this is my first post and I need help!
I have painted an H&K USC in flectarn cammo and needed to remove the trigger group innards to do the job well.
I thought that any reassembly problems could be sorted out by finding reassembly diagrams/instructions online ...... no such luck! (other than one very small exploded view for parts identification ... I now know what all the bits are called but don't know how they go back together)
..... so, it's been recommended I seek the oracle of all things Heckler & Koch to hopefully obtain said diagram and or instructions.
In anticipation .... Jetta.
PS: I'm in New Zealand ...

Thanks Lohe ..... this is for the SL8 but I'm after the USC in .45 ACP .... the civilian version of the UMP ..... anyone know where to get reassembly instructions .... ? please
PM sent. Give me call. The USC assembly is not that much different. Following the G36 instructions, here are the differences...
1) No BHO lever or pin to install.
2) Instead of the left hammer spring catching on the BHO pin and the right hammer spring catching on the lower housing wall, on the USC, BOTH springs catch on the lower housing wall. The G36 and USC hammer springs look the same with exception that the G36 springs are round stock and the UMP are square stock.
3) There is only ONE trigger spring in the USC, the right side. It installs (and looks) the same way.
Everything else is identical.

The reason why I posted it is the parts are virtually identical in how they are put together.
..and of course CK posts his 20 seconds before I post mine :p
Just waiting on Adam to send me a rear stub.
DONE IT!!!! ..... many thanks Chopstix Kid and Lohe for your help .... I have finally managed to get the trigger group back together .... AND it WORKS!!! ..... :-)
Great instructions CK ... and yes some of the steps are quite challenging (springs flying around the room etc.) .... all's well now though.
These little H&K carbines are new to me but if anyone has any hassles with their FN FALs or L1A1/SLRs ... just let me know .... ;-) ... these I know about.
Cheers. Jetta.
Excellent! Glad that it all worked out!
