Welcome to the forums...the closest thing you can get is an HK SP89, which are around, but not cheap. Check Gun Broker or the for sale section here on the forums, do a internet search of SP89 to see what they look like. Hope this helps
Does anyone know if there are still any real H & K MP5K's out there that are semi auto? I eventually want to convert it to a PDW and down the road, fully auto. I have a friend who suggested I see if I can find a real HK before I spend the money and buy a parts kit. Can anyone give some advice? Thanks

Look for an hk sp89 it is a pistol version of the k that used to be sold in the us. Throw in a sear and k grip and a stock and you have close to a mp5k as u can own. Expect to pay 4-5k for a host gun. Sear or pack 11-16k... k grip and choate stock $200. You will likely want it restamped to mp5k and a paddle mag release. Refinish and maybe a three lug barrel.
If you have the cash up front I would look for a fleming or s&h converted gun already done. Prolly snag a new or like new for 18k.
i have a real nice hk SP89 for sale in the for sale section it is a KA date code all original hk,
