Is there ant difference in a HK 45c made in the USA vs. one made in Germany?

Markings on the slide are different and the frame will say made in NH instead of Germany. Quality is the same.

Thanks, found one of each at a gun store. the difference in price betwwen the two is about $350.

Mine is made in Germany. It is great. It is so good I took the pacmyers off my Colt 1911 but the walnuts back on & put it in display case.
