Default Why do cocking handles fold down on the 93 and 91's but not on the 89 and 94's?

A very noob question for sure, but I've always wondered....

Simple G3 and 33 family have bolt head locking levers on the carriers. The bolt head locking lever prevents bolt bounce and locks the carrier into the trunnion
due to this they must have a pivoting cocking handle to break the tension on the bolt head by the bolt head retaining lever to unlock the weapon system.
On the MP five weapon system the bolt system is a direct pool so it is not necessary for lockup and not necessary for a pivoting cocking handle hope this helps.
