Appears legitimate--- I have seen G3 A3 6631187 EN, G3 A3 6721620 (in Switzerland), G3 A3 6921629 EN (very close to your number), and G3 A3 6931397 LPN!!!
Just a silly question: some manufacturers (not necessarily firearms) have a single factory that makes the parts. Then they ship the parts everywhere and somebody else assembles the product in another country. Is that the case for HK? Is it the person who taps in the last pin before it goes on sale, or do we have a number of factories all set up with modern CNC machinery that duplicate all the parts made by the main factory in Germany?
We do have an example with Beretta, having set up a plant in Brazil. I challenge anyone to find a difference between Italian and Brazilian made 92 parts....until they sold that plant to Taurus, that is. But somehow the "magic" slides and frames are always made in Italy. As with any high quality product, we are at a loss to find much to fuss about regardless of where it might be machined.
