SP89 MP5K barrel

I want to replace the barrel on my SP89 with a lugged and threaded barrel.
What thread is best? Is there an advantage of one over the other (1/2-28) or
(1/2-32) I also want to get a Knights can for the gun. Also I have a USPSD 9mm
is it possible to use the same Knights can on the USPSD
