    Default Getting my baby back

I have been without my CCW since Christmas when I forgot it @ a good friends house 700 miles away. The wife was rushing me to go, I had to pack the truck with kids and stuff, blah blah. Needless to say I left my USPc .45 SS on top of his fridge. I got about 200 miles away and realized I felt a little naked. Well, it has taken him this long to send it back and I can't wait another minute! I have been carrying a Hungarian Mak in it's place and have felt just a little "under gunned". Should be here in about 15 hrs. Have a box of "welcome home" waiting. ;)
Hey man, I gotta beverage here.

None of my friends know I even carry. They all know I have a permit, but no one's ever noticed before.

funny, the same thing with me, none of my friends know that I actually do carry.

the only ones that have actually commented on it are little kids when I open carry. I think its because the gun is right at their eye level. adults rarely notice, and if they do nobody has ever said anything, they just scurry away.

We spent a long weekend @ their house. With their and my kids running around I had to make safe. He is also an avid shooter who carries so there is no secrete. There might even be a little extra holster wear on my piece.

One time I thought I had lost my gun at the movie theater after going to the bathroom and realizing I had an empty holster. I was freaking out but I had never actually put the gun in the holster before leaving as it was still on my nightstand LOL.
