and for the purist..... the above sling mount is used on the M27 soooo........ Buy, Buy, Buy!!!! Only downside is you can't use your HK Rail Covers!

We are issued these items:

If you mount the sling through the sling loops on the stock, be aware that they have a tendency to break in cold weather.

HK produces fine guns, but based on my experience, their slings leave a lot to be desired.

What are other options for stock sling attachments? The sling loops thing on the stock doesnt seem very durable.

There is a single loop attachment on top of the stock, in addition to a slot through the stock that you can run the sling through. We also have a back plate with an attachment point on the right and left side.

When I run a single point sling I use the loop attachment point on the back plate, when using two point slings I run one end of the sling through the horisontal slot in the stock, and secure it using tri-glides.
