I removed the slide and checked with a digital caliper....Mine are off by about .007. The O is closer to the slide rail the the H. Don't laugh but you can see it a lot better if you look down the side from the muzzle end.....
Mine is centered, I think.
Just picked mine up about 20 mins ago.
I will try to post pics of mine. I will also inquire about the QC on the engraving...
