i believe the custom work is done through the 800 number now.
i sent a tracing of my gun and they did the rest. at $50 the custom foam was $15 more than the pick-n-pluck. the plain case goes for $50 locally so i went for the cut interior. it's made of polyethylene so oil shouldn't hurt it. they offer replacement foam so i'm sure you could get just an interior for yours. i'd recommend including finger holes for removing the gun, the polyethylene is way stiffer than the normal foam.
