Funny how the lighting can make the earlier guns appear "black" and then their actual "blue-gray"! ;)

thanks much for the kind words.
yes the rifle from a close up clearly is like a light gray color,
but at a distance it shows almost black,
my problem was when i first got her home is that the lower trigger frame was all in oil,
so i thought it was black and did not properly match,
but a clean dry soft cotton towel cleaned the oil and the true color is now clearly seen.
im very happy to have her.
