Has anyone done any training at this location yet? I'm thinking of taking a course this summer. Any feedback?

Nothing personal, but I know guys on a local SWAT team were there and liked it.

The sheriff down in Lebanon, IN runs lots of training classes open to the public at their facility. It's not far, maybe 3 hours from Chicago, and usually very affordable. I took a Gunsite carbine course down there last year - they are running that again this year, along with Gunsite pistol and several EAG courses.

Our S.R.T. guys go out there and they love it. My cousin and I were going this summer but he just joined the Marines. I do a lot of pistol work for my job, would like to take a carbine course.

I'm looking at the combo pistol/carbine course. It seems to be the best bang for the buck (pun intended).

Same here as far as the pistol goes. Given that, I highly recommend the Gunsite 3-day carbine course down in Indiana. It's cheap and the instruction is good.

I have not been there but found it during a google search looking for training opportunities. I mentioned it to my boss who went with her husband a couple of weeks ago (early May). She loved it. Said she was exhausted by the end of it but said the instructor was terrific.

Took a 2 day pistol course. Total professionals and topnotch training.
