    Hi Red,

    i just noticed this message. Yes Pattaya is a pretty crazy town, but having lived here 27 years I've slowed down a lot.

    As for gun laws, citizens can get a license to own guns (1 license per gun). Carrying is generally not allowed although it does seem that punks and criminals do carry. Most Thais I know own guns and there are many places to shoot.

    I'm currently at the airport about to board a flight to Singapore and on to South Africa for a job, so I have to run.
