silencers?
hey guy just a quick question. are they legal here in mn? ive gotten so many diffrent answers i dont know what to think. if anybody knows let me in on it please.
Hey bro that is a big NO from every gun shop I have talked to. It sucks I do not even know if there is a GREY area here for suppressors or silencers or if the law is different. But I vote no from what I have been told. Look forward to shooting next time with you. Karl
There is a big no in Nebraska for an individual to own their own silencer, but if you have a coporation, you can register the silencer to it just fine, and use it as a principal of the corp. That is what I do, you may want to see if that is a possibility in MN.

thanks karl. yeah thats what i thought but the guy i took my ccw class from says you can but ill spend about a year trying to get one. when do you want to go shooting next?
Suppressors are not legal in MN for general public to own! They are legal for LE use and for DNR use, but
