I know it's a late notice but I'm heading to the range in the a.m. Around 10 or so. Shoot me a PM if you are interested...
newraptor2000, sent you a PM.
As for the Main Gate, you are correct. Civilans can get in, but doubtful with weapons. I carry mine everyday, but then again, nobody checks my car.

I know I am late to this thread, but:
[QUOTEYes, it is the range on base, right across the street from McKellar's Lodge (great lunch choice). Hours are 1100-1700 Mon-Fri and 1000-1700 Sat-Sun. ][/QUOTE]
That is pathetic. I am stationed at Fort Bragg. There is no place to shoot rifles at that I know of, unless: you are a member of a club "Sorry, we only have room for 200 members, you have to be "invited", we only take new members in January, blah blah blah.." And the McKellars Lodge range on Bragg sux. Only 100 yards. The hours are prohibitive. Etc. It is like the range is there just to meet a "need" requirement. Isn't there a National Forest range nearby? The only place I shoot at is down near Savannah, Kilkenny (pardon the spelling) Range outside Richmond Hill, GA. Open from dawn to dusk. I go there when I visit my in-laws and my father in law and I go shoot. It is sad that there is nothing like that with so many gun-enthuseists at Fort
Bragg.
I will keep my guns, freedom, and money.....you can keep the "change."
There are some other ranges around but none that are within 20-30 min or within a reasonable price.
And as for only 200 members at my range...once you are in, it's great. There is always a spot open and normally I have the range to myself.
To each their own...YMMV

..hence...after I get out of working for Uncle Sam, the wife and I want a house with min 10 acres of land. A range will be built on it. No more rules and regs and driving for us.
Seriously, there is a need for a good range around here. It is shameful there are none (that I know of) other than restrictive-heavy clubs and indoor ranges.
Guys I'm in Greenville anyone want too get together this weekend or next.
My HKs P30 HK45 USPC SS 40
anything going on any time soon? Been really thinking about getting a P2ksk, but am not ready to drop the money before taking one for a spin. Any body locally have one?
I'm a stone toss away and would love to come out and meet fellow shooters/members , whats the schedule for the next outing.
If you guys were interested I could set something up at our Range (Range 37 off post), we are very auto friendly. If you haven't seen us I highly recommend it, but this isn't the place to expand.
I have an MP5 and 53 with packs, and I'll have an MP5/40 finished soon. Would love to see some other HKs out there, I'm usually the only one.
Well Dan37PSR , Range 37 is the first place I have ever put my hands on an hk94 .
The day was overcast , with come and go rain . I heard full auto fire from the training pits and went to investigate , and low and behold I saw someone shooting an hk94 , I have never seen one in person, but have always wanted. I asked the owner if I could try it out , he said yes. Oh my, the day couldn't get any better . I loaded a magazine with 30 rounds and emptied it in 3 quick pulses . After that I had to have one , So the hunt began , this is how I ended up with my brand new Vector v94 clone. The one I shot at PSR37 was a clone did not pay attention to the brand , might even be yours Dan , if you schedule a HK range day pm me and I will be there.
