A question about form 5320.20 so I can attend this:

Box 8 - Mode of transportation. If I'm flying it up there, should I put "private aircraft" or just something more vague like "applicant vehicle" since the only opportunity it could possibly be checked while across state lines will be when I'm traveling from the Stillwell airport to the range in a car.

Box 9 is "State Department License". Is that my TX DL #?

Box 10 and 11 are Port of Exit/Port of entry. I'm guessing it will be the two airports on each end, but it doesn't really exit until I cross the state line at the Red River. Or maybe would both be Addison airport, since that's where it will be exiting, and re-entering?
